Loving the Princess by A.C. Arthur

Ms. Arthur presents with the second installment of the Royal Weddings series.

I enjoyed the first book in the series, but I loved, loved, loved the characters that this storyline was centered around.

Princess Samantha DeSaunters is a strong willed independent woman that handles her business with style, dignity and class. In short, this Princess has a title and mad swag to carry it off.

Garrison Montgomery, aka Gary is a family friend with a military background (and relationship baggage), that has been brought to the island to protect the royal family. Special emphasis was placed on Sam when she walked up to him and kissed him in attempts to show an unwanted suitor that she was already taken.

Although this was a charade, the pair continued to keep up appearances but it all got real when an attempt was made on Sam’s life.
Gary to the rescue saved her life and proceeded to eliminate the threat, leaving he and Sam at odds. After giving Gary the “ignore” treatment, he was assigned to protect her during a trip to the U.S. and it appears that alone time was just what the doctor ordered.

I gotta say that so far, this is my most favorite couple. The chemistry was spot on. If I didn’t know better, I would say that this author utilized characteristics of people that are near and dear to her. Either way, there is nothing like a good love story and this was more than good. I can not wait to read this next installment as I already cant stand the leading lady and for that, I send kudo’s to the author for making me hate her before her story plays out letting me know that this story will be something to talk about.

This is going on my TBR Again pile. I love a good Love story! I give this story 5 flutters…

I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for my honest review.
